Britannia Invest A/S acquired Westport 102, a 100,000 sqft Edinburgh city-centre office headquarters in Q3 2015 and following a competitive pitch, appointed CuthbertWhite as joint letting agents, reporting to APAM Ltd as Investment and Asset Manager. Following a successful re-brand of the building to Mainpoint, a significant refurbishment of the ground floor reception area to improve the first impression and a formal re-launch to the market, over 27,000 sqft of letting deals were concluded to Nisbets, Flexitricity, Intelligent POS t/a iZettle and Scott Logic in 18 months – 3 of those deals on part floors which had hitherto never let since practical completion in 2008.
