When we purchased the development site in 2017, we required the services of an agency who fully understood the dynamics of the Edinburgh office market. CuthbertWhite was selected as their Directors had been involved in numerous Grade A office schemes in the city over the years. Working alongside 3D Reid, Chris and his team reviewed the design of this 60,000 sq ft scheme to ensure ‘best in class’ product was being provided. We are delighted with No2 Freer Street and look forward to opening the doors to tenants from the end of Q2 2021.
