CuthbertWhite were brought in once we had ostensibly selected our preferred building, but we required a ‘sanity check’ on what else was available in the market along with their thoughts on what might be achievable deal wise. In summary, the deal Chris Cuthbert negotiated, using his skills, knowledge and experience, was one we were very happy with and met our needs. We are sure this more than covered their fee. They also provided some excellent recommendations in terms of other professionals on the building survey, fit out and design aspects.
