CuthbertWhite identified the off-market purchase and significant redevelopment potential of Bupa House and Centrum House, Dundas Street, Edinburgh, two prominent and adjacent office buildings totalling 45,000 sqft on the edge of Edinburgh's New Town and worked with ourselves to purchase both buildings in 2019 for £10.1M.
