CuthbertWhite were appointed by Telereal Trillium in 2014 to dispose of our headlease interest at Argyle House – a 240,000 sqft secondary office building in Edinburgh city-centre.
Following the initial identification of Techcube (now CodeBase, Europe’s largest tech cluster) as a potential occupier for the building (they have subsequently acquired 76,000 sqft in the building), together with a spate of smaller lettings to a number of well-known local businesses and charities, a sub-lease for 55,000 sqft was agreed with The University of Edinburgh in 2016.
