CuthbertWhite identified the potential off-market purchase and significant redevelopment potential of these two prominent and adjacent office buildings on the edge of Edinburgh’s New Town and worked patiently with the purchaser, Rennick Properties and their funders to purchase both buildings in 2019 for £10.1M. As deal originator, CuthbertWhite are retained leasing advisor for both buildings as planning discussions for alternative use are progressed.
