CuthbertWhite act as real estate advisors to the head office function of Apex Hotels and successfully purchased their new, open-plan 15,000 sqft West Edinburgh headquarters in 2020 whilst successfully disposing of their previous traditional Grade B listed headquarters, Hailes House, in Colinton, Edinburgh for alternative use, on an unconditional basis. CuthbertWhite worked closely with the Board to execute both transactions timeously and in keeping with the agreed business plan.
CuthbertWhite worked closely with the Board to implement an agreed real estate strategy to simultaneously acquire a new, self-contained office headquarters with open-plan accommodation and increased amenity whilst completing a successful, unconditional sale of our existing Grade B listed building for alternative use. They provided a personal and very experienced service throughout and worked seamlessly with the Board and our other professional advisors to deliver two very good outcomes.
