Having previously been located in a building in Edinburgh Park for some years, a change in corporate structure and ownership meant that the company had only 6 months to identify and relocate to new offices that repositioned the business accordingly and would retain/attract staff. In addition, they had some fairly complex fit out needs. After a rigorous search of the market, 11,500 sq ft in Apex 123 in Haymarket was selected as the preferred option and, on our advice, the right space planners and designers were appointed. The staff are delighted with being located closer to the city centre amenities and the enhanced transportation options the building now offers them.
