In August 2020 Trustpilot approached CuthbertWhite to advise on acquiring short term, fully fitted offices in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. Due to rapid growth they had to relocate from serviced accommodation, and quickly! Just under 10,000 sq ft was secured, following and extensive search and one aborted deal, at 28 St Andrew Square where Virgin Money had not long vacated. The space provided Trustpilot with everything they were looking for – furniture in-situ, useable fit out, flexible lease terms, a sensible financial package and a St Andrew Square location.

Trustpilot engaged the services of CuthbertWhite back in Summer 2020 as we were rapidly filling our serviced office on St Andrew Square in Edinburgh. They got to grips with the brief immediately, reported on options in a concise manner, organised viewings and got us into pole position for a superb space recently vacated by Virgin Money, only a stone’s throw from our current office, on the Square. Whilst it was a relatively complex transaction, their referrals to carry out the appropriate due diligence and their professionalism protecting our best interests, meant we were able to take occupation of our new office in March 2021.
