VCM Global Asset Management, advised by CuthbertWhite, helped boost Edinburgh office investment activity in 2022 with a deal to acquire the asset despite some turbulent market conditions. The deal concluded in December 2022 for £18.6m, which showed a net initial yield of 7%. We look forward to working with the client to further re-position this asset following the introduction of some of the most comprehensive amenities of any office building in Edinburgh by the vendor.
