CuthbertWhite has been involved in this project from the outset when GSS Developments acquired the site in 2016. With a previous consented design in place that required some fine tuning, CuthbertWhite worked with the project team to reposition the core and enhance the specification. In 2019 the building was awarded ‘Best Commercial Workspace’ (Scotland) by the BCO and the property set a new benchmark for tenant/cycling amenities.
When embarking on a Grade A office development the key is to assemble a design and letting team that brings passion and positivity to the leasing process, whilst obviously knowing the market back-to-front. CuthbertWhite know their ‘onions’ and they work exceptionally well with their joint agents – it’s as straightforward as that really!
